New York is a Bollywood film about 9/11 from the perspective of international students directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. It stars John Abraham, Neil Mukesh, Katrina Kaif and Irrfan Khan. New York is slated to be released on June 26, 2009.

New York is a contemporary story of friendship set against the larger than life backdrop of a city often described as the centre of the world. Omar (Neil Nitin Mukesh) has gone abroad for the first time in his life and soon enough he begins to see and love America through the eyes of his American friends – Sam (John Abraham) and Maya (Katrina Kaif). It is the story of these three friends discovering a new world together.

But one day the world around them changed...

For most of us, larger events in the world are just headlines in the newspapers but these events can change our lives... forever. New York is one such story of 3 young friends whose beautiful lives are turned upside down by larger events beyond their control.

At this point enters Agent Roshan (Irrfan), an FBI undercover agent who sets the ball rolling for a series of tumultuous events that turn the lives of these friends into a dangerous and thrilling roller coaster ride.

Aa Dekhen Zara songs

Aa Dekhen Zara is a 2009 romantic sci-fi action thriller movie starring Neil Mukesh, who plays a photo journalist, and Bipasha Basu, a Disco Jockey. The film is being directed by debutante director Jehangir Surti. Ray Acharya (Neil Nitin Mukesh), a struggling photographer has nothing going for him… until he inherits a very ‘special’ camera from his grandfather which changes his life in a way that he could not have imagined in his wildest dreams.

Synopsis : The ‘power’ of the camera changes Ray’s destiny overnight. His life becomes one big roller coaster ride that takes him from rags to riches and also helps him meet the love of his life, Simi (Bipasha Basu) who is an exciting sexy DJ with a mind of her own. Everything is hunky dory and moving towards ‘happily ever after’.

As they say with great power comes great responsibility and in Ray’s case, also great danger. He must now face up to the dark side of reality and win not only against the evil forces but also against fate.

Music : The song "Aa Dekhe Zara" is a modern day remix version of the popular dance number from the Sanjay Dutt and Tina Munim starrer Rocky which released way back in 1981. The makers of “Aa Dekhen Zara” have got the rights for this original R.D. Burman number and have given the song a modern day flavor. Gaurav Dasgupta has been the man behind this remix number which also supposedly features Bipasha.
