New York is a Bollywood film about 9/11 from the perspective of international students directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. It stars John Abraham, Neil Mukesh, Katrina Kaif and Irrfan Khan. New York is slated to be released on June 26, 2009.

New York is a contemporary story of friendship set against the larger than life backdrop of a city often described as the centre of the world. Omar (Neil Nitin Mukesh) has gone abroad for the first time in his life and soon enough he begins to see and love America through the eyes of his American friends – Sam (John Abraham) and Maya (Katrina Kaif). It is the story of these three friends discovering a new world together.

But one day the world around them changed...

For most of us, larger events in the world are just headlines in the newspapers but these events can change our lives... forever. New York is one such story of 3 young friends whose beautiful lives are turned upside down by larger events beyond their control.

At this point enters Agent Roshan (Irrfan), an FBI undercover agent who sets the ball rolling for a series of tumultuous events that turn the lives of these friends into a dangerous and thrilling roller coaster ride.

Dostana (2008) songs

Dostana is slated to release on November 14, 2008. The movie stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles and directed by Karan Johar's assistant, Tarun Mansukhani. The music is composed by Vishal - Shekhar and Karan Johar missed his favourite trio composers Shankar Ehsaan Loy for this movie.

Synopsis: This is a story about two guys (Sameer [Abhishek Bachchan] – a male nurse and Kunal [John Abraham]- a photographer), a girl (Neha [Priyanka Chopra]- a fashion Journo) and an apartment. Sam and Kunal bump into each other while looking for an apartment to rent and coincidentally head towards the same apartment. However, they are both thrown out because the owner wants to rent the apartment to girls only since her niece stays in that apartment alone.

Sameer gets an idea that if Kunal and him pretend to be lovers, then the owner will agree to let them stay. Even though their plan works, the boys are in a predicament as they both fall in love with the owner’s niece, Neha Melwani, who thinks they are gay.
