What's Your Raashee? songs

What's Your Raashee? (What's Your Zodiac?) is directed by the noted director Ashutosh Gowarikar. The movie is based on US based Gujarati writer Madhu Rye's novel Kimball Ravenswood and stars Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra.The music of the film is composed by Sohail Sen and the lyrics are penned by Javed Akhtar.

Yogesh Patel (Harman Baweja), a young man who has always wished for a love marriage, is told that he must find his dream girl within ten days to save his family from utter ruin. He makes a plan; he will meet one girl from each raashee – sun sign, so that he will get twelve chances to fall in love. Two meetings per day gives him six days to meet them, three days to make a final decision and he can get married on the tenth day. Priyanka Chopra plays twelve different characters depicting the twelve zodiac signs. Each character will have a trait related to the zodiac sign.

Priyanka Chopra in twelve roles as Anjali, Vishakha, Kajal, Hansa, Mallika, Pooja, Rajni, Nandini, Bhavna, Jhankhana, Sanjna, Chandrika. For the first time ever in world cinema, Priyanka Chopra portraying twelve distinctive characters in a single film.

Kaminey is a 2009 Bollywood film that stars Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. It is directed and written by Vishal Bharadwaj.The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and the lyrics are penned by Gulzar. It is slated to release on August 14th,2009.

Guddu (Shahid) works as a trainee in a small NGO firm in the city. He hopes to climb up to the top of the corporate ladder. He wants to be a bona fide member of the burgeoning Indian middle class. His career has only just begun though and the road to bourgeoisie is both long and arduous. Yet Guddu is at it. He is honest, diligent and careful. Especially careful.Charlie makes a living hedging bets at the race course. He moves around the plush hordes of the rich and famous at the races. For him this is just a way to make quick money and he dreams of becoming a legitimate bookie one day.

Charlie (Shahid) is street smart, wily and brave. And only for himself.The brothers don't like each other. They believe they have nothing in common, not even their speech defect. While Guddu stammers, especially when he is nervous, Charlie has a lisp. The brothers have built their lives so that their paths don't ever cross. They believe it's only a question of time before they are out of each other's sight forever. All that is about to change. In one day. A day of reckoning. An unusual day; just right for the unusual events that unfold in its course.

Charlie is having a bad day at the office. He has practically bet everything he possesses on a coveted derby race. But at the last minute,he is double crossed as the race is fixed in their opponent's favour. He hunts down the jockey and plans to get even when the rival goons burst in. In the ensuing melee, Charlie and friends take off with a getaway car. Not knowing that the car belongs to a ruthless pair of cops, LOBO and LELE, who run drugs for the beach lord,TASHI. Soon enough, Charlie discovers a stash of coke in the boot of the car. All hell now breaks loose as the cops and the drug mafia get after his case. Charlie has to survive. And by his wits alone.

Guddu is performing a street theatre act when his newfound girlfriend, Sweety BHOPE (Priyanka Chopra) appears on the scene, distraught and announces that she is pregnant. Guddu is shocked at first but realizes quickly that there is no real problem. They can get married right away! They can't. There is a real problem. Sweety reveals her secret; her brother is Sunil 'chopper' Bhope (Amol Gupte). A Gangster with political ambitions. A ridiculously dangerous man. And he already knows. Sweety informs Guddu that as they speak, her brother's men are out for his blood.

The story unfolds as the day progresses. Intercut between the parallel stories of the brothers as they run to protect themselves, their dreams and their love. Until a point where it converges and the brothers meet to realize that they only have each other. It is only through trust in each other that they can get out of the mess that they haven't created. They uncover a deadly political-police-underworld nexus. They discover virtues within themselves they thought didn't exist. And most important of all, they find each other.

Billu Barber songs

Billu Barber starring Irfan Khan and Lara Dutta in the lead roles, and Shahrukh Khan for the first time in a supporting role is scheduled to release on February 13, 2009. The film also features Om Puri, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani in supporting roles with guest appearances by actresses Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra. The film has music by Pritam with lyrics from Gulzar. The film, which is a remake of the hugely successful Malayalam film Kadha Parayumbol, has already been remade in Tamil as Kuselan starring Pasupathy and Rajinikanth but met a poor box office reception.

The story is set in today's day and age. Billu (Irfan Khan) plays a village barber. His business is running low because he has not been able to upgrade himself according to the changing trends. One fine day, a film unit visits his village to shoot a movie. It stars a superstar (Shahrukh Khan), who Billu claims to have been friends with. All at once, Billu's status in the village changes, and he becomes highly respected. Everyone wants him to meet the superstar through Billu. But Billu is unsure, as he feels he cannot compare to the superstar's status. Besides, he fears that the star may not recognize him. He makes many attempts to meet the star but fails. After all these hardships, he gives up. The villages believe he lied about the relationship with the star and insult him. His family and children also gets upset and badmouth him. In a twist towards the end, the true extent of the friendship Billu and the superstar is revealed.

Dostana is slated to release on November 14, 2008. The movie stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles and directed by Karan Johar's assistant, Tarun Mansukhani. Synopsis: This is a story about two guys (Sameer [Abhishek Bachchan] – a male nurse and Kunal [John Abraham]- a photographer), a girl (Neha [Priyanka Chopra]- a fashion Journo) and an apartment. Sam and Kunal bump into each other while looking for an apartment to rent and coincidentally head towards the same apartment. However, they are both thrown out because the owner wants to rent the apartment to girls only since her niece stays in that apartment alone.

Sameer gets an idea that if Kunal and him pretend to be lovers, then the owner will agree to let them stay. Even though their plan works, the boys are in a predicament as they both fall in love with the owner’s niece, Neha Melwani, who thinks they are gay.
